Mix all the products for the preparation of the marinade in a bowl, excluding the meat.
Slightly lift the skin of the chicken thighs, place them in a large plastic bag. Add the marinade. Tie the bag and flip it over several times to cover the meat well with the marinade.
Place the bag in a container in the fridge overnight. Bake in a preheated 446°F (230 °C) oven for about 35-40 minutes while periodically turning.
