How to cook
The leeks, onions and garlic, are cleaned and finely chopped. Put them in a pot with the oil and fry them.
The cleaned from seeds and finely chopped pepper is added to them, as well as the diced celery and grated carrot. When the vegetables are stewed, add the paprika and the toasted flour. Then add the peeled and diced tomatoes along with the separated juice.
Sprinkle them with a pinch of sugar, salt and black pepper according to your taste. As soon as the tomatoes boil, pour a liter of hot water or a liter and a half, according to the desired density of the soup. Allow the soup to simmer on the stove for 15-20 minutes and sprinkle it with finely chopped fresh parsley before serving it.
Optionally, 10 minutes before the tomato soup is ready, you can add a handful of noodles.
