Dissolve the yeast in the water with a pinch of sugar. Leave the pan covered for 20 minutes, then mix in the rest of the ingredients and let it rise again. This dough is enough for 2 pizzas with a diameter of about 10″ (25 cm).
The risen dough is mixed again and put into a greased pan. Distribute the tomato paste, thin slices of bacon, and slices of mushrooms on top, pour in a trickle of olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and grated cheese.
Bake the pizzas in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
