Ingredients

  • chicken hearts - 1.7 lb (800 g)
  • butter - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • black pepper - by taste
  • salt - by taste

How to cook

Melt the butter in a pan and add the washed and strained from the water hearts, add the black pepper and as much salt as you desire.

Stir well and fry them until they're ready.
