How to cook
Put the onion, garlic and pepper in a blender and grind them, not blend them completely - so that the pieces are visible.
Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add the mixture that you blended on top, add all the spices, salt and tomato puree and knead the minced meat well.
Put the mixture for adana kebab in the refrigerator for two or three hours, so that it can absorb the flavors.
After taking the minced meat out of the fridge, shape small balls and string them on skewers, and press them down to leave fingerprints (this is typical for adana kebab and the skewers are flat to form the shape of the fingers more easily).
Bake them on a ribbed grill and serve them with whatever garnish you want.
I made about 16-17 pcs. - It depends on how big you will make them.
