How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla into a fluffy cream until they double in volume.
Add the yoghurt and oil and beat the mixture again with the mixer until it's smooth.
Add the pre-sifted flour, mixed with the baking powder and stir.
Wash and strain the raisins, roll them in about 0.5 tbsp. flour and add them to the mixture and mix it with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and sprinkle it with flour.
Bake the fluffy sponge cake in a preheated 356°F (180 degree) oven for about 35-40 minutes.
A real fluffy and juicy sponge cake that always turns out great!
