Pour the liquid mixture in a thin stream into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir well until the mixture becomes smooth. Put it into a greased tray with a diameter of 9 1/2″ (24 cm) and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 356°F (180 °C).
After removing from the oven, cool the layer. Prepare the syrup and while still warm, sprinkle the cake with it. For the glaze, melt the chocolate in a water bath with the oil, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of milk or liquid confectionery cream.
Then put the sliced or chopped walnuts on top. Coat the cake on all sides and cool for several hours before eating.
