How to cook
Tenderize the beef steaks well, so as to make them as thin as possible. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Beat the egg into foam. Separately, mix the grated cheese with the breadcrumbs and heat oil in a pan.
Roll each steak first in egg, then in breadcrumbs and cheese and put them to fry on both sides in heated oil. Serve them hot, sprinkled with plenty of lemon juice and a garnish of your choice.
