How to cook
Cut the pork into bite sized pieces and fry them in a little oil and add the chopped onions at the end. Peel the potatoes, cut them and put them in a greased tray. Add the meat on top and season with salt, black pepper and paprika, bay leaf, thyme and a rosemary sprig.
Blend the mustard with wine and add it as well. Cover with foil and place the French-style meat to bake in a hot oven at 392°F (200 °C). At the end, you can bake it without the foil.
