How to cook
Blend the bananas until you get a smooth paste.
Mix the milk and sugar and stir them and put them on the stove. Once the milk has boiled, remove the pot from the heat. While stirring vigorously with a fork or wire whisk, add the dissolved starch with 1/2 cup of cold milk.
Stir to avoid lumps and make the banana pudding smooth.
Place the pot back onto the hob, while stirring constantly until the mixture boils. The pudding should boil for 2-3 minutes, in order to thicken.
Once it has cooled, the pudding will thicken further. Remove the thickened pudding from the heat and little by little pour the banana puree over it, while stirring constantly, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the pudding into bowls or cups and store them in the refrigerator to set. After 30 minutes the pudding can be served.
To decorate and to improve the taste you can sprinkle it with grated chocolate.
