How to cook
Fry the finely chopped onions for about 10 minutes and add the mashed minced meat.
Stir until the minced meat crumbles. Fry it for another 3-4 minutes. Remove it from the heat and sprinkle it with black pepper, cumin and savory herb.
Roll out and arrange 3 filo pastry sheets on top of each other in a greased baking pan.
Pour them with 1-2 tbsp. of the separated fat, cover them with another filo pastry sheet and apply 2-3 tbsp. of the filling. On every 3 filo pastry sheets, apply 2-3 tbsp. of the filling until you run out of space. At the end, cover it up with 3 filo pastry sheets.
Bake the minced meat filo pastry pie until it aquires a golden color in an oven preheated to 356°F (180 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
