How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a white mixture.
Carefully add the vanilla flour, while stirring slowly and lightly, from the bottom to the top.
The mixture is poured into a greased and floured (I used baking paper) cake pan.
Bake it in a preheated oven to 356°F (180°C) oven. Check it with a toothpick to see if it is fully baked :)
* This cake layer is specially made with 1 packet of starch with lemon flavor (you can use any one you like) and I topped it up with a cup of flour. The end result was a very light and fragrant sponge cake layer.
