How to cook
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the crushed garlic and after 30 seconds add the shrimp. Fry them for about a minute.
Peel the vegetables and cut them into pieces, add them to the blender along with the pre-soaked slices in a little apple cider vinegar.
Blend the vegetables, season the wonderful gazpacho with salt.
Pour it into a plate, put the shrimp on top and sprinkle the shrimp soup with finely chopped parsley.
The shrimp gazpacho is really great!
