How to cook
In a large saucepan, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic cloves. Fry the vegetables for 8-10 minutes, then add the meat. Fry everything for 5 minutes.
Then add the paprika, stir briefly and pour the water and tomatoes. Cook over low heat for 90 minutes and the beef at the end of cooking should be soft.
If you have a pressure cooker, you will shorten the cooking time to 30 minutes, so do not hesitate to use it. Add water if you find it too little. The more water the better.
When the meat is well cooked, add the rice and boil it for another 10 minutes, meanwhile cutting the spinach into small pieces and after the specified time add it to the other ingredients.
Season with cinnamon, salt and black pepper and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve the beef with spinach and rice hot. If you like, you can also add yogurt, which complements the flavors very well.
