How to cook
The eggs are beaten with a wire whisk.
Add the milk, flour and salt. If you want, you can blend everything with the blender.
Strain the crepe mixture.
Heat a frying pan with a Teflon coating, add 1 teaspoon of oil and a ladle of the crepe mixture.
Bake the crepes on both sides.
Place them onto a large plate, on top of each other and smear each one with butter.
