How to cook
Beat the eggs with a wire whisk, add the cocoa and beat the mixture well until it is completely smooth.
Mash the bananas and add them to the mixture. Put the baking powder in the yoghurt to make it foam up.
Meanwhile, add the oats, coconut and vanilla and stir everything with a spatula.
Add the foamy yoghurt, mix everything well and bake the sponge cake in a cake form with a non-stick coating.
It needs approximately 30-35 minutes at 356°F (180 degrees) - depending on the oven.
Like the traditional sponge cakes, this one should be checked with a toothpick to see if it is fully baked.
The cake is not sweet, but healthy and if you have stevia, you can add a bit of that to it.
