How to cook
The zucchini and eggplant are peeled and cut into quarters and the peppers and tomatoes into small cubes.
Fry the vegetables with salt in hot oil, then add the remaining spices.
Pour water to cover them halfway and cover them with a lid.
When the water starts boiling and the vegetables soften, add the washed and strained lentils.
The ratatouille is left to simmer on low heat until it's ready.
