How to cook
The beans are soaked from the night before.
Cut the vegetables into small cubes and chop the garlic.
Fry the vegetables in hot oil.
The spices and tomatoes are added to them and then the strained beans.
Pour about a liter and a half of water and leave it to boil.
Once it boils, reduce the heat and add the vegetable broth.
Leave it on low heat until the beans are fully cooked.
At the end, the bean soup is seasoned some more, if necessary.
If desired, you can add fresh chopped parsley to the bean soup with tomatoes.
