How to cook
Lightly fry the spring onions with half of the oil, mix the water and half of the melted butter in a bowl and grease the whole filo pastry sheet with the mixture.
Put the cheese and onion in the middle of the filo pastry sheet, fold the sheet to make a square and with each fold grease it with water and butter to seal it.
Heat the rest of the oil and butter in a pan.
Fry until the gozleme aquires a golden brown color.
The Gozleme with Cheese and Spring Onions is ready.
