How to cook
Cut all of the vegetables into chunky pieces.
Put the chopped vegetables in a food processor or a blender, if there is not enough space, blend 1/2 of the vegetables, then add the rest.
Add the bread, vinegar, olive oil, water and spices. Blend the delicious gazpacho until it's completely smooth.
If you want a very smooth texture, strain it through a sieve, if not - serve the tomato soup as it is.
