How to cook
An old recipe that I learned from my father-in-law and I also prepared myself, just so that the knowledge can be passed on.
Grab a pot and put 3 liters of milk in it and wait for it to boil. Once it has boiled, pour a little milk in a small bowl, add 3 tablespoons (not too full) of salt and dissolve the salt in the milk.
Then add the salted milk to the pot with the other milk and stir.
Then add a packet of citric acid and stir. It will lump up immediately.
Pour the homemade yellow cheese mixture into a clean cheesecloth, which needs to be like a bag and leave it hanging for about 1 hour so that the water drips from it.
Then you take the ball of yellow cheese, which has already set completely and enjoy consuming the successful homemade yellow cheese.
It lasts in the refrigerator for more than 1 week.
