How to cook
Knead a dough from the flour, egg yolks, butter, powdered sugar and yeast. Wrap it in oiled paper and let it cool for 2-3 hours. Then spread it out into a greased and floured baking tray and put it to bake until golden in color.
Clean the fruits of pits, sprinkle them with sugar and let them stand for 1 hour. Sprinkle the baked tart with rusks, distribute the fruits with sugar on top and the egg whites, beaten to snow with 1/2 cup sugar.
Return it to the oven to bake until the egg whites turn pink.
