For the lamb chop, the roasting is very important and it is necessarily done with butter and olive oil.
Add about 3.5 oz (100 g) of butter, then olive oil (not too much, but not very little), add two or three pinches of salt and wait for the butter to melt well.
Put the lamb chops in the pan and cover it with the lid, after you see that the lamb chops are almost ready, add 1/2 mint leaves for another 2-3 minutes.
For the potato, you probably all know that it is boiled and then fried in a pan with butter and olive oil for a few minutes and when it is ready, it is sprinkled with a little dill and even better - with rosemary, I just did not have rosemary at that time.
Very simple and tasty recipe for lamb! The combination of lamb chops with potatoes is great.
You can also add a little black pepper.
