How to cook
Fry the leeks in butter. Add the rice.
When it becomes transparent, pour 3 cups of water. Add the salt and broth. Cook the rice over low heat until the water evaporates.
In a bowl, beat the two eggs. Add the yellow cheese, white cheese, milk and stir.
Add the grated carrot, diced ham and parsley to the already cooked rice.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan and pour the eggs on top. Bake the casserole at 390°F (200 degrees) until it aquires a golden brown color.
The rice casserole is ready.
