In a large bowl, mix the chopped bacon, vienna sausages, potatoes, onions, peppers and pickles. Add the grated tomatoes and spices.
The pots are buttered and the products are distributed in them. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add the coarsely grated cheese and milk to them. Pour about 6 - 7 tablespoons of this topping into each pot.
Sprinkle with oil and put the lids on. Place on the bottom of a cold oven and bake at 392°F (200 °C) until the topping hardens.
Finally, remove the lids and bake until golden.
