How to cook
Fry the sliced meat in oil. Add the finely chopped onion. After it fries, add the flour and tomato paste after it. Fry again, then add the paprika and meat.
Add salt, black pepper, bay leaf, wine and a little lukewarm water. Boil the meat until tender. Add the chives that have been boiled in water twice, separately, and steamed in oil. Along with them, add the cleaned garlic and red tomatoes.
Boil the stew on low heat until the meat is completely soft.
