How to cook
Tenderize the steaks and fry until browned in 3-4 tablespoons of oil on both sides. Remove and in the same oil, sauté the sliced carrots, onion crescents and add the wine, salt to taste, put the spices in.
The vegetables are soaked with hot water and boiled until tender. Then return the steaks and boil them for another 30-40 minutes.
Serve warm with a sauce of carrots and onions.
