Ingredients

  • peppers - 9 lb (4 kg), green + 4.5 lb (2 kg), red
  • eggplants - 9 lb (4 kg)
  • chili peppers - 6
  • oil - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • wine vinegar - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • garlic - 10 old cloves
  • parsley - 1 bunch fresh

How to make

Roast all of the peppers and eggplants. Peel the peppers and mash them with the eggplants and garlic.

Season with the fried oil, vinegar and salt. Add the finely chopped parsley.

Mix everything thoroughly, pour it into jars and sterilize for 20 minutes.
