How to cook
The quinoa is washed and boiled for about 10-15 minutes, then it is strained and cooled.
Chop the onion, garlic and dill, crumble the white cheese and cut the olives into circles.
Add everything to the quinoa. Add the egg and breadcrumbs and season with the spices.
From the mixture, form about 16 vegetarian patties, arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper and drizzle them with a little olive oil.
Bake the quinoa patties with olives for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 392°F (200 degrees) with the fan on.
