Wash and dry the pork chops. Tenderize them well and season with spices. Pour brandy and soya sauce over them, put the lid on the container in which you have placed them and put them overnight in the refrigerator.
Add the coarsely sliced onions to the container. The next day, preheat the barbecue and brush it with a piece of lard. Throw the steaks on top, periodically coat them with some of the marinade.
Between the steaks, place onion pieces to cook. Serve the finished BBQ steaks with a side of fresh salad.
