How to cook
Knead a smooth and elastic dough. Put it in a warm place to rise until doubled in volume. Then roll it out to a thickness of about 3″ (8 cm) and cut out circles with the help of a glass. Allow the circles to rise again and fry them evenly in very hot oil.
Drain them on paper towels. Mix the cream with the jam, fill an icing piping syringe or pastry bag with a thin nozzle and fill the donuts.
