How to cook
Leave the mussels at room temperature for 10 minutes to relax.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and turmeric.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
With your fingers, dip each mussel separately in the breadcrumbs and place them in the hot oil.
Fry the mussels on one side for about 2 minutes and turn and fry them on the other side.
Fry them for another minute and take them out and place them onto a plate with the help of tongs.
Serve the breaded mussels.
The fried easy breaded mussels are served with a slice of lemon on top.
