How to cook
Beat the eggs with a mixer.
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the sugar, melted butter, salt and vanilla sugar. Stir and add them mixture to the beaten eggs.
Sift the flour, form a well and pour the liquid in it.
Then knead a soft dough. The dough should not be sticky and therefore, if necessary, add more flour.
Cover the dough with foil and leave it rest and double its volume.
Divide the dough into balls and roll them out into about 2″ (5 cm) thick crusts.
Using a round shape or cup, cut out circles.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until they aquire a golden color.
Place them on kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.
While they're still warm, sprinkle them generously with powdered sugar.
The fluffy donuts with powdered sugar are ready.
