How to cook
Soak the cashew nuts overnight. When they have completely softened, strain them from the water and rinse them.
Add the lemon juice, apple pectin, salt, brewer's yeast and the contents of the probiotic tablet.
Blend all of the products until you have a smooth mixture.
Place the resulting mixture in a pre-greased bowl and smooth out the vegan cheese on top.
After about an hour, carefully separate the resulting cashew cheese from the bowl.
Consume the cheese directly.
