  • tomatoes - 2 - 3
  • salt
  • bay leaf - 1 - 2 leaves
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • wine - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup

How to cook

Cut the meat into pieces and vegetables in large pieces. Arrange the products, starting with the onions, carrots, mushrooms, potatoes, tomatoes and meat, which should be in the middle, and then arrange a second layer of vegetables.

Pour in oil, the wine, add salt, black pepper and bay leaf and cap the stew with a lid. Bake for about 2 hours.
