Preheat the oven to 392°F (200 °C). Melt the butter in a suitable container and add the milk. Put the mixture into a bowl and add the cottage cheese. Mix the yeast into the mixture. Add the remaining products. Knead the dough well.
Cover the bowl with a cloth towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, then put the dough on a cutting board and shape 24 balls out of it. Arrange them on a flat baking tray, covered with baking paper. Allow them to rise for about 20 minutes.
Gently press them and put them to bake in a moderate oven for about 10 minutes. Take them out and let them cool. Then, they are ready for consumption.
