Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • green onions - 2 bunches
  • green garlic - 1 - 2 bunches
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • dill - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • salt - to taste
  • lemon juice

How to cook

Strain the yoghurt through a double gauze or use a strainer. Boil the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Chop the green onions, green garlic, boiled eggs and mix them with the cottage cheese.

Add the strained yoghurt and mix the salad well. Season with lemon juice and salt.
