How to cook
Wash all the vegetables well. Cut them into cubes. Boil the rice on low heat with 4 cups of water (no salt).
Once tender, remove them from the heat, strain the water and place the rice in a greased baking dish. Add the chopped vegetables and flavor by adding salt, black pepper and cumin.
Bake in a hot oven at 482°F (250 °C) for about 10 minutes, pull it out and add the well-beaten eggs with yoghurt. Bake for 10 minutes and sprinkle it with parsley or basil.
