How to cook
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables and allow them to dry. Shred the lettuce in a large bowl, grate the carrot - if using baby carrots, you can split them in 2.
Cut the cucumber, peppers and radishes into thin circles and add them to the bowl. Add broccoli florets, splitting them into smaller pieces, if needed. Cut the onion into thin crescents and mix it with all the vegetables in the bowl.
For the dressing, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey with a little salt to taste while stirring with a whisk. Top the salad with it.
Mix and serve.
