Potatoes with Roasted Peppers

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg), small, fresh
  • peppers - 6 large red peppers from a jar
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • oil
  • vinegar
  • dill
  • basil - fresh, for decoration
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • mixed spices


Clean the small potatoes and put them to boil whole. When ready, drain them from the water and roll them in vinegar, oil, a little crushed dill and season with the spices.

Cut the peppers into thin strips. Stir the potatoes in a plate with some of the roasted peppers, sprinkle with feta cheese and serve with a sprig of basil.

These ingredients are enough for 3 servings.
