How to make
Clean the insides of the bell peppers well. Arrange in a baking dish and put a pinch of salt, pinch of sugar, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon vinegar in each bell pepper.
Bake in the oven until they change color from red to orange. Distribute into pre-heated jars, with the peppers' openings facing down.
The jars are closed and left to cool with the caps down. Do not sterilize.
