How to cook
In a deep bowl, pour the cream and milk in it, mix the mixture with a mixer for 5 minutes until it is thick enough.
Then grab 1 lemon, wash it well and grate its peel, but be sure to only peel the yellow part, not the white, because it is very bitter. A little of it is enough.
Then add the confectionery paint but with the tip of a teaspoon for a little color, add vanilla essence with lemon flavor (6 drops) and stir with a wooden spoon to mix everything.
Put the lemon ice cream in the freezer for 2 hours and when it's ready, serve the ice cream with a lemon slice for decoration.
