How to cook
Put all the dough products in a bowl. Stir them with your hands. Knead a soft dough.
Grab a form with a detachable bottom. Grease it with a little butter. Put the dough in the middle and press it down with your fingers on the bottom and sides of the form. Leave it for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Make a cream by beating the eggs along with the sugar with a mixer for 5 minutes. Add the other products, but beat with a wire whisk.
Remove the form from the refrigerator and pour the cream inside it. Preheat the oven to 347°F (175 degrees) and bake the cheesecake for 60-70 minutes.
Take it out, allow it to cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. The easy German Käsekuchen is ready.
