How to cook
Combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple sirup), coconut butter and salt into a large bowl. Stir and heat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Add the oats, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, almonds and mix all the ingredients together.
Transfer the mix into a tray 13x9″ (33x22 cm), covered with baking paper.
Spread it evenly and press gently. Chill the healthy bars in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Cut the bars into small squares and enjoy!
