Ingredients

  • white beans - 14 oz (400 g)
  • ribs - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 1
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • mint
  • savory
  • parsley
  • oil
  • salt

Preparation

Soak the beans in water overnight. The next day, put it to boil until done, along with a little oil and salt.

In a separate pot, heat the oil and fry the chopped onion and 1 carrot. Once softened, add the beans and season with salt, black pepper and paprika, mint and savory.

In the same pot, evenly fry the ribs. Put the beans in a large pan, distribute the ribs on top and put them to bake in a heated oven until the liquid is slightly reduced.find similar recipes here
