Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup (250 g)
  • vermicelli - 7 oz (200 g)
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • curry - optional

How to cook

The rice is washed. In a pot with heated oil, put the rice to fry then add the crushed pasta.

Be careful not to burn the vermicelli, after having previously added 2 cups of water. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.

If necessary, add a little hot water until the rice is fully cooked. Flavor with spices.
