  • buckwheat - 1 cup, boiled and drained
  • feta cheese - 1 cup, crumbled, cow's, hard
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • breadcrumbs - for rolling, or use flour
  • oil - for frying


Wash the buckwheat, boil it in a 1:3 ratio with water, rinse under cold running water and drain it. Then mix it with the eggs, crumbled feta cheese, flour, spices to taste and stir everything well.

Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for a while. Then shape it into small patties, roll them in breadcrumbs or flour and put them to fry in preheated oil. Drain them on napkins.

Optionally, you can arrange them in a greased tray and bake the buckwheat patties for 20-30 minutes in the oven.find similar recipes here
