How to cook
Season the cleaned in advance frog legs with salt (my husband catches them from the river and cleans them, by peeling their skin.)
Beat the eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, pour the flour, where you need to roll the frog legs, then dip them in the beaten eggs.
Pour oil into a pan and heat it up, then place the frog legs in it to fry until they aquire a golden color.
Place the fried legs on a paper towel or napkin, so that it can absorb the excess fat.
