How to cook
Beat the egg along with the sugar.
Add to the smooth mixture, the peel and the juice of 1/2 lemon, as well as the oil. Add the paint and pour the sifted flour in small portions, while stirring with a spoon at the beginning.
When stirring becomes very difficult, start kneading. At the end, you should get a soft dough that should not stick to your hands.
Put baking paper in the baking pan and preheat the oven to 356°F (180 degrees).
Cut pieces of dough, that are the size of a walnut. Carefully form them into a balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
Arrange the cookies in the baking pan and bake them for 10 minutes.
The lemon crinkle cookies are ready.
