How to cook
First I steam boiled the pumpkin. I let it cool and blended it with a blender.
I added the cottage cheese, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar.
I blended again with a blender until a I got a homogeneous mixture.
I prepared the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. I added it to the pumpkin mixture for the parfait and mixed it well.
I poured the finished mixture into a ring form (18 cm).
I put it in the fridge for a few hours to set and turn into jelly (4 hours).
I removed the ring, sprinkled the parfait with ground walnuts and grated dark chocolate.
The parfait with pumpkin and cottage cheese turned out great!
